Mumbai, Aug 29 : Actress Kalyani Priyadarshan has shared an update on Pralay, her upcoming film with Ranveer Singh, saying she is fully committed to the project as production continues.
The film began shooting earlier this month, and Kalyani recently offered fans a glimpse into her experience while working on the project. Her comments have increased interest in the collaboration between the Malayalam actor and the Bollywood star.
Kalyani has described herself as being “fully locked in” for the project, signalling her focus on the film during its ongoing production schedule.
The actress has also been balancing professional commitments with the demands of shooting away from home. Her recent update came around Onam, when she was unable to celebrate the festival with her family because of her work on the movie.
The pairing of Kalyani and Ranveer has generated curiosity among movie audiences, particularly because the project brings together performers from different regional film industries.
Details about the plot and the characters played by the two leads have remained limited, keeping much of the film’s story under wraps.
With production underway, further announcements are expected to provide more information about the cast, storyline and release plans.
For Kalyani, Pralay represents an important addition to her growing body of work and another opportunity to expand her presence beyond Malayalam cinema.
