Mumbai, Aug 27: Actor politician Ravi Kishan has joined the cast of ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla 2’, adding a fresh face to the sequel of the much-loved 2006 comedy.
The announcement was accompanied by a video featuring Kishan performing his popular Gucci dance step alongside returning actors Anupam Kher and Boman Irani. The clip quickly drew attention from fans who welcomed the reunion of the franchise’s familiar stars.
The original ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla’, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, became a cult favourite for its humour, memorable characters and portrayal of an ordinary family’s struggle over property.
The sequel has generated considerable interest because of the return of key members of the original cast. Kher and Irani’s presence is expected to bring back some of the chemistry that made the first film popular.
Kishan’s addition gives the upcoming project a new dimension, particularly with the actor’s strong comic timing and experience across Hindi and regional cinema.
The makers are yet to reveal complete details about the sequel’s storyline, but the latest casting development has increased anticipation among audiences familiar with the original.
With the combination of returning favourites and new additions, ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla 2’ is emerging as one of the Hindi films being closely watched by comedy fans.
