The confusion began after MCC reportedly removed a notice related to the postponement of Round 1 choice filling from its official website. The development has left candidates unsure about the revised timeline and further steps in the admission process.
The counselling process plays a crucial role in allocating medical seats across government and private institutions based on NEET UG ranks. Students have urged authorities to provide a clear schedule to avoid difficulties in selecting colleges and planning admissions.
Education experts said timely communication from counselling authorities is essential, especially as thousands of candidates depend on the process for securing undergraduate medical seats.
The MCC is expected to issue further updates regarding the revised counselling calendar and important deadlines for candidates.
