NEW DELHI, Aug 13: The University of Delhi has released the first round of undergraduate seat allocations under its Sports and Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) quotas for the 2026 admission cycle.

The university has also announced the first allocation round for the Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP), providing eligible candidates with an opportunity to secure admission through the respective categories.

Students who have been allotted seats are required to accept their offers within the stipulated schedule and complete the subsequent admission formalities.

The latest allocations form part of Delhi University’s ongoing undergraduate admission process for the academic session 2026-27.

Candidates have been advised to check their admission status through the university’s designated admission portal and follow the instructions regarding seat acceptance, document verification and fee payment.

The university has urged applicants to complete each stage within the specified timeline to avoid losing their allotted seats.

The development comes as DU continues to process admissions across various programmes and categories, with several rounds scheduled to accommodate eligible applicants.
